Job Description
-
Service of food and beverages to include the order-taking, order entry, delivery, maintenance and clearing of soiled plateware, glassware and/or flatware

Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness

Greets the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explains any specials and/or promotions for guest awareness

Takes the order and inputs the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the bar and/or kitchen of the order
-
Retrieves order from bar and/or kitchen, confirms its' accuracy and deliver to guests

Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout their Longwell's experience

Abide by all state, federal regulations and state liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests

Suggestively upsell when opportunities arise

Willingness to meet uniform standards and personal hygiene requirements
Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent preferred

Must be 19 years of age or older

Valid state liquor licenses and food handler card required

Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience

Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)

Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
