The ideal support staff is detail oriented, self-motivated and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing Longwell's tables and bartop
• Carry large loads of glasses to dish for washing
• Run all glasses and other items through dishwasher as needed
• Return glasses to the appropriate bar and location
• Keep bar orderly and clean
• Have knowledge of liquors, wines and beer, restock as needed
• Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work, security and equipment maintenance
• Maintain stocking of restrooms and service areas as needed
• Support staff as necessary including, but not limited to, running food, seating guests, and supporting managers
